When a residential building in Leeds was served a prohibition notice over its fire alarm system, the residents were out until it was put right. Capital M&E was on site within 24 hours — and within 36 hours of starting, the building had a new Advanced control panel, 40 new detection and alarm devices and the cabling to serve them, installed, tested and certificated.
